Communication Consultancies Association of Türkiye (İDA), the only representative of companies in the communication consultancy sector in Turkey, held its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on November 21, at Han Spaces 4. Levent. Members of the new Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and Ethical Board to serve for the next two years were elected at the General Assembly. Özge Uzun became the new President of İDA.

Consultancy Agency; Excel Communication CEO Burçak Taşkın Yurdakul, Lorbi PR Agency President Mustafa Kaya, Dilan Baransel Communication Consultancy Agency President Dilan Baransel Türkalp and MSL Turkey Leader Nazlı Çil became the other board members of İDA.

Özge Uzun, as the president, thanked the 9th term board of directors on behalf of all members and said, “Our association will celebrate its 20th anniversary next year. Next year, the ICCO Global Summit will also be held in Istanbul for the first time. We are very excited to host an international summit where we will host industry professionals and leaders from many countries around the world. As İDA, we are accelerating our activities in the new term. I hope the new era will be beneficial for our industry.”

İDA’s new term boards were announced

To serve as a associate members on the board of directors in the 10th term of İDA; Güneş Özkan (Brandworks Communication Consultancy), Orkide Gökhan (Contactplus), Feray Alpay (Promedia), Gül Altan (Ogilvy İstanbul) and Seda Yalçın Ulusoy (Weber Shandwick) were selected.

The members of the Supervisory Board were selected as Necla Zarakol (Zarakol), Işıl Arıdağ (Unite Edelman) and Arın Saydam (Bersay Communication Group). The associate members of the Supervisory Board were selected as Neslihan Dündar (Tribeca Communication Consultant), Nedim Özkan (İz Communication) and Nihal Aydoğan (Medyaevi).

Ethics Committee members were determined as Meral Saçkan (MPR Communication Consultancy), Ergun Gümrah (GoodWorks Communication Consultancy) and Esra Şengülen Ünsür (Artı Communication Management). The associate members of the Ethics Committee were Anna Turay (Grup 7 Communication), Yasemin Berkman Manisalı (L’appart İstanbul) and Gonca Karakaş (Effect BCW).
